If your child leaks through these at night, just google oxalate sensitivity and see what you find. We leaked at night almost every night since birth and when we cut out oxalates we no longer have a problem. I simply leave this review here because many people seek this product for nightime leaking beyond what a pull-up will hold. With the amount of urine he was peeing at night...not even this would hold it in. I don't blame the pants...we just cut out oxalates and now these stay in the drawer and we are fine. I am not an MD, this is just our experience. These pants did their job, they are soft, have good elastic...but they are very poofy and pj's may not fit over them.
