Cheap Huggies Overnites Jumbo Pack Diapers Size 3 16-28 lbs

Finally my 9 month old can sleep through the night without waking up at some point needing to be changed. Either that or he had leaked all over by morning. I could'nt find these in size 3 in the store so I turned to Amazon. Had to pay shipping, but it was definitely worth it!Get more detail about Huggies Overnites Jumbo Pack Diapers Size 3 16-28 lbs.

Buying Polar Bummi Diaper Cover, M (13-21 lbs)

I've been happy with these diaper covers (purchased 3 size small for my new baby boy), so much so that I bought the 2 more in the medium size (would have bought four except two was all they had in stock). They are bulky but after all I am using prefold cloth diapers so that's to be expected. My five week old son has had some big poops and they've not escaped the gussets and the diaper cover washes out very easily. I've also washed them with his other clothes and other diaper covers and the velcro doesn't catch on anything else since there is a 'tab' to fold down onto to secure the fasteners.Get more detail about Polar Bummi Diaper Cover, M (13-21 lbs).

Buy Luvs Ultra Leakguards Baby Diapers, Size 1, #10436 - 58/ Pack, 4 Packs= 232 pampers

Luvs are my most trusted diapers, and the most affordable, by far. They are not AS soft as swaddlers, hence, the "4 stars" but much softer than others. I'm pretty critical about what goes on my baby's skin, and I use Luvs.Get more detail about Luvs Ultra Leakguards Baby Diapers, Size 1, #10436 - 58/ Pack, 4 Packs= 232 pampers.

Purchase Bottoms Up Reuseable, All-in-One Cloth Baby Wipe Kit

I have used these wipes for about 6 months ... and I love them!

Truthfully, I wondered how convenient they would be and also if they would do as good of a job as other wipes. Answering that, I use them every day and the convenience is even better than I would have thought.

Whoever took the time to make this product thought about all angles ... especially from a mom's point of view.

I totally recommend these wipes ... :)Get more detail about Bottoms Up Reuseable, All-in-One Cloth Baby Wipe Kit.

Mother-ease One Size Cloth Diaper (Stay Dry) This instant

I ordered one of these fitted diapers, a cover, and the extra liner to try on my 9-month-old son. We only have one, so I don't get to use it often, but I like it, and I'm looking to buy more. So far we haven't even come near leaking. I think this diaper could absorb several pees before it would really need to be changed. If you're looking for an easy cloth diaper, and you don't mind the big butt look. I recommend this diaper.Get more detail about Mother-ease One Size Cloth Diaper (Stay Dry).

Imse Vimse Bumpy Soft Cloth Diaper Cover - Large (20-26 lbs) Immediately

I've tried many covers and this is one of my favorites. I like the Thirsties cover too. This cover fits good and has the leg gussets for extra protection. I 've found it easy to wash. I turn it inside out and flip the inner flap over. Handwashing works good too.Get more detail about Imse Vimse Bumpy Soft Cloth Diaper Cover - Large (20-26 lbs).

Bumkins Diaper Bundle 3-Pack - Girl, Large Best Quality

Ok I can give you a full detailed look at how well these work. I have owned and used these for 2 years and 10 months and I can tell you that they are a horrible horrible diaper I have 8 diapers of this brand all together and every single one of them leaked and was a complete mess if my DS ever made a poo. Thankfully I am a seamstress by profession and was able to change the design of the diaper to where they would be useful, and I would not be throwing my money away. (Sewing in more absorbent core and using a special type of fabric glue on all the stitching so that they would not leak through. And sew on a micro fleece top layer to protect my child's skin and after about 2 years I had to replace the Velcro do to it no longer sticking)
This CD stains very easily as well, and because of the fabric that is used for it when you dry them (dryer or Laundry line) the fabric gets very scratchy and WILL rub the skin off your child. I did keep 1 diaper as it was made and used it with the others just so I could fill out one of these reviews one day.(AND IT NEVER HAS WORKED) I have also used Dry Bees pocket Diapers and even the Dry Bees Night time version I DO NOT RECAMEND THIS BRAND EATHER also leaks badly. I have a couple other brands I also don't recommend but I don't feel like listing them (feel free to contact me for info if you like) there is one Brand out of the MANY that I have tried that I do recommend Monkey Doodlez AIO diapers they are a brand that comes in many sizes so they can get to be a bit pricey but VERY VERY worth it. This brand dose everything its suppose to do they never leaked and I only had to use a doubler at night and my DS wets very heavy at night, this brand I do suggest.

Imse Vimse Bumpy Soft Cloth Diaper Cover - Medium (15-22lbs) Get it now!

At first we were very happy with those diaper covers but with time we grew more and more disappointed and now I cannot imagine a worse cover!

Why we don't like them:
1) The biggest problem for us is that the velcro tab always scratches the gentle skin of our baby, so we always have to put a body on our girl and make sure the tabs are as far from the skin as possible. I tried to fix the problem myself by cutting and sewing the edges, but the material is just too rough and keeps on cutting into the skin of our daughter. Sometimes the scratches are so deep that the blood comes out!!!
2) Approx after 3 months of intensive use the velcro tabs stopped sticking together! So they still scratch our baby but they dont hold the diaper closed!
3) They leak! They don't hold more than 1 pee. They get completely soaked easily and the clothes get all wet as well!

They do have some positive sides I must admit:

1) They are soft and breathable, we never had a problem with Alida having a diaper rash or "green house" moisture effect on her skin.
2) they fit great over fitted diapers and are very trim.
3) the sizing is very "strechable". Since our daughter was 2 months we have used only NewBorn and Small size covers till this day (she is 7 months now). The newborn cover still fits her ok (Alida weighs 8 kg now).

so there ARE some positive sides, but this scratching issue + the fact that they don't last more than 4 months (the tabs stop sticking)made us completely unsatisfied with the product. We move on to Thirsties Duo and Gen-Y covers.Get more detail about Imse Vimse Bumpy Soft Cloth Diaper Cover - Medium (15-22lbs).

Imse Vimse Swim Shoes M (12-18 mos.) Order Now

If you have a baby that is going to the beach or the river, these are the shoes for you. Our son was a year old when we got these and is 20 months old now. He has worn these shoes on the river for canoe trips and play time as well as wearing them in Destin, FL on the beach and in the pool. The shoes fit very well and are snugly fit. They are easy to put on. He doesn't mind wearing them at all. He walked everywhere in the shoes. They kept his feet safe from rocks, etc. They are very easy to wash out, just use water and twist them dry with one turn of the hand. We love these shoes and will continue to buy them for our son as he grows. He has a size 5 foot and these fit very well. The shoes are well made and look great with his swim suits. Awesome Product.Get more detail about Imse Vimse Swim Shoes M (12-18 mos.).

Diaper Dekor 3 Pack Refill Right now

We got the Diaper Dekor plus six years ago, right before the birth of our oldest child. It has survived not only him, but his younger brother and we're getting ready to have our third child shortly and there's no sign of wear & tear on it. We love how long the refills last and how much we can put into the can (or how little, if we choose). My 2-1/2 year old is still wears diapers at nap/bedtime and wears pull-ups during waking hours and we only need to empty the can about every 8-10 days (he's also in daycare part of the day). Even during weeks where is he home all day, we only need to empty it after 5 days. And no smell, except when you drop a new diaper in. The refills last a LONG time, especially when the baby is still in the tiny diapers, but even now, the last box of refills (2 refills in the box) have lasted us at least 6 months thus far. It's easy to use (foot-pedal to open the lid), and easy to clean (no intricate crevices or difficult corners to wipe out). It's like using a kitchen can, but with awesome stink-control (thanks to those little trap-doors in-between the lid and the receptacle below). I have recommended it to not only friends and family, but to perfect strangers I see in the store aisle.Get more detail about Diaper Dekor 3 Pack Refill.

Discount Bambino Mio Miosoft Covers - Medium Cool Stars (16-21lbs)

I have the entire Mio system. It was all given as gifts at my showers. I love the system and think the prefolds are very good especially.
I however am not entirely satisfied with the covers.
Now this is my fault, but a couple of them I forgot to Velcro before washing, and in just one wash they now look like they are months old. On those ones the Velcro is starting to curl up, and the elastic on the legs is begging to wear out. On the ones that I have remembered to consistently Velcro, they still look very nice and in very good condition. I think the washing tabs that ones like "Thirsties" have would be useful on these.
The Velcro on these is very good, I feel like the ones that have held up are still very strong. The only thing I don't like about it is how it comes so high. A number of times I have noticed it folding in slightly and it looks painful for my baby. I don't think it is very comfortable, and do not like to have my baby sitting straight up and down in these without loosening the Velcro. Also, I think the leg holes are to large. I usually have to assume that if he has had a bowel movement (breast milk, not solids) that it is on his cloths. He is slightly long and skinny, but has some good fat as well but the leg holes still leak. I actually sewed the fabric on the leg holes to make them smaller, that helped quite a bit.
The elastic that is on the back though is superb, I have never had an explosion up the back.
So.... if you don't mind lots and lots of poopy leaks, you should go for these, they are cute and have good Velcro. But if you want no leaks, washing tabs for the Velcro, and a product that holds up well, get "Thirsties" Brand covers. We just moved to those and I am so happy with them. A better product and cheaper.
I would however recommend the rest of the Mio system. Slightly overpriced, but it makes it convenient and easy to have everything you need in one line. I especially recommended the liners, they are larger than other brands, the cheapest I have found, and if they just have pee on them I wash and reuse them and they hold up for numerous washings.

Purchase Pampers Baby-Dry Diapers, Size 2, Economy Plus Pack, 198 Diapers

Tried these for 2 weeks. My babe woke up 10 out of 14 days with wet PJs and bedding. She also had that nasty gel all over the upper front part of the diaper and on her skin at least 5 times in 2 weeks. Never had this problem with my OLD swaddlers, only a little dampness and the occasional leak, but nothing like this! Won't be wasting my money on these again! I was trying to dodge the new Dry Max, after awful reviews and this experience, I definitely won't be trying those either!Get more detail about Pampers Baby-Dry Diapers, Size 2, Economy Plus Pack, 198 Diapers.

Order Baby Touch Baby Wipes, Sp, 80-Count Resealable Packages (Pack of 24)

Well, I got these for cheap, so I shouldn't be surprised. These are very thin and coarse. I would feel bad using them on a newborn's skin, but luckily my baby is 22 months. I use about 3 of these wipes per 1 wipe of my Kirtland wipes. These wipes are so thin, and their dimensions are much smaller than my other wipes, thus needing to use so many. In the end, they are probably more expensive than buying a quality wipe that you will use less of.Get more detail about Baby Touch Baby Wipes, Sp, 80-Count Resealable Packages (Pack of 24).

Where To Buy Kushies - Reusable Ultra-lite Diaper for Toddlers - Assorted

So - basically Kushies are the cheapest AIO diaper you can buy (new anyways) that still works well. The drawbacks are that it is pretty bulky and not especially stretchy, but you can't beat the price and they work. You can spend a little extra and get a nicer Thirsties Pocket All-in-One Cloth Diaper - Sky Blue, Large 28-40 lbs or bumGenius One-Size Cloth Diaper - Grasshopper or Bumkins Diaper Bundle 3-Pack - Seuss, Small but these will work.Get more detail about Kushies - Reusable Ultra-lite Diaper for Toddlers - Assorted.

Shop For Seventh Generation Baby Diapers Stage 3 4x35

If you're using sposies, instead of cloth, these are great!! Works just as well as "leading brands" of non-chlorine dipes.
I sometimes use these when we're traveling to hotels, etc when we can't use cloth. I specifically like this brand starting at SIZE 3, b/c of the LARGER TABS that stretch more! (NatureBaby don't have the larger tabs at this stage!) Oh..and the tabs stick to the diaper when you're "wrapping" it for the trash, NatureBaby brands don't stick...annoying :(
I like Earth Best the best; these 7th Gen are more stiff, and not as absorbent.Get more detail about Seventh Generation Baby Diapers Stage 3 4x35.

Kissaluvs Fitted Diaper: Size 1 (13-28 lbs)

I have used both Kissaluvs size 1 & 2 with my son, from age 6 months - 2 years. He has never leaked! I never had a problem with drying them - perhaps because I live in a dry climate. My husband loves them too, so they are all we used. Buy them new at about $10 each. I used 2 dozen at a time.

My son is such a wiggle worm that I recently bought a few fuzzi bunz pocket diapers. I like them better for his age (2-3 years) because I don't have to wrestle a diaper AND a cover on him. However, they are pricey at $15 each.

I'm having a baby this month and bought a dozen size 0 - I will need at least another dozen - but they grow out of them so quickly. I have heard they are THE best infant diaper. High resale value as well.Get more detail about Kissaluvs Fitted Diaper: Size 1 (13-28 lbs).

Bambino Mio Cloth Diapering System - Print Top Quality

Okay so I am somewhat of a connoisseur of diapers since I run a diaper lending service and try to personally try out every single brand of diaper and cover that comes through so I can give educated recommendations. So here is what I think of the Bambino Mio - at first I was excited because I liked that it was wipeable inside, had simple, cute, gender neutral designs, and was velcro. I'm pretty much talking about the cover here because the inserts are just plain old DSQ prefolds that you could buy anywhere - good quality but nothing fancy or unusual. Once I got it the first thing that I noticed, before I even used it, was that it seemed to be made out of very thin and papery and cheap laminated plastic - it isn't your standard 1 or 2 mil PUL. When I went to put it on my daughter I noticed a few more things - it isn't very stretchy at all (the different plastic they use is not at all stretchy unlike regular PUL) and it runs pretty small. I got a large because that is what my daughter wears in most diapers but this one was at it's max to fit on her. The rise was pretty low compared to other brands so she hasn't pooped in hers, but if she had a poop that was messy at all I would be concerned about stuff popping up the back. Something else that is working against it - it doesn't have crossover tabs. Not a big deal, but since you can get lots of other covers WITH crossover tabs for the same price, why go without? Makes the dipe much more versatile. The biggest thing I dislike though is that it has no versatility. You can use it with trifolded prefolds (yours or theirs) but since the tabs are long and thin, there is very little coverage on the sides - meaning if you try to use it with a snappi'd prefold or a fitted diaper the diaper sticks out on the hips which is a leak hazard.

So - all in all - it's not a bad product per se, but with so many better options out there in the same price range, why settle?

If you think you'd like the Bambino Mio set because it is a kit - try the Bummis Organic Diaper Kit: 8-15lbs - much better cover and comes with extras. If you are looking for a good quality, cute, reasonably priced cover - try Bummis Super Whisper Wrap Diaper Cover, Medium (15-30lbs), Sage Stars on White or Thirsties Diaper Cover- Butter, Small and you'll be much happier. And if you are looking for "Bambino Mio style" inserts (aka prefold diapers) try any DSQ or Chinese or Indian prefold diapers - my fave are the ones sold by Green Mountain Diapers.

Also - while it seems like a "birth to potty" set is a good idea, the reality is that most families switch up their cloth diapering system at some point between birth to potty because baby starts filling out and getting chunky or thinning down, or they decide they like pocket diapers better or whatever. So personally I would buy one size at a time, not a $400+ set that may or may not work for you a year from now.Get more detail about Bambino Mio Cloth Diapering System - Print.

Imse Vimse Bumpy Wool Diaper Cover - Newborn (6.5-13 lbs) Get it now!

As with all Imse Vimse products, the sizing is off, so don't expect this to fit a newborn. Try premie size if you want it for a newborn. Truly great products though: longevity, softness. The wool is very soft. The velcro is aplix, so it's the nice kind that doesn't collect pills/lint and doesn't degrade with washing. And, the same benefit of all wool diapering products: no odor retention. These won't need washed much, so you don't need to buy as many either, but don't forget to relanolize to maintain waterproofness.Get more detail about Imse Vimse Bumpy Wool Diaper Cover - Newborn (6.5-13 lbs).

Fuzzi bunz~One-Size Cloth Diaper Aqua Buy Now

Fuzzibunz are a high quality pocket diaper. My daughter has fewer diaper rash problems because the pocket style diaper keeps her dry. These diapers also contain all of her messes, and they are a true one size diaper. She's been using diapers since she was about 10 pounds and now at 23 pounds, they still fit well.

We had the old style fuzzibunz and had some mild "around the leg" leaking (because she is a heavy wetter). We solved the problem by using a doubler and more frequent diaper changes. The new improved Fuzzibunz just arrived last week and the inserts are more trim and they have added an additional fourth hip snap.

We love the snaps on these diapers because my daughter cannot remove the diaper herself, and they are more durable. They should easily last through another baby (or two). I also love the BumGenius 3.0, but I will have to replace the velcro if I want to use the diapers with a second child.

I did have the PUL (waterproofing layer) fail on three of my diapers. There were slight tears in the material. But the customer service replied to my e-mail promptly, helped me fill out the necessary information, and they sent replacement diapers quickly at no extra charge. Their excellent customer service is the main reason why I am giving them a five star rating.Get more detail about Fuzzi bunz~One-Size Cloth Diaper Aqua.

CuteyBaby Modern Cloth Diaper (Green Tribal) Order Now

I am new to cloth diapering. I have several bumgenius and like those a lot but I was intrigued by the fun patterns with CuteyBaby. The. CBs have a nice trim profile and are very absorbent for my 4 month old big baby boy. They seem less bulky than my BGs. The diaper washed well using my normal diaper protocol, and dried very quickly in the dryer (much faster than the all in one BGs). They have removable Velcro tabs so this keeps them from getting stuck on other things in the dryer. I have six more coming and I am certain they will be regulars in my diaper rotation. I haven't used them enough yet to comment on theIr longevity, but as for now they are great. I only give them 4 stars because, even with the snap for sizing, I can't see how these would fit a seven pound baby.Get more detail about CuteyBaby Modern Cloth Diaper (Green Tribal).

Gabby's Reusable Swim Diapers, Blue, Medium Decide Now

The swim diapers look fine, but the size was completely unexpected! I ordered a medium for my 1 year old, and I received a diaper that looked like a 12 year old could fit into it!
I have no idea why a kid of this size would still need to use a swim "diaper". Very strange that it would be so big. By the time my son is big enough to use this, he will have been potty trained for 5 years...Get more detail about Gabby's Reusable Swim Diapers, Blue, Medium.

Pull-Ups Just For Kids Flushable Moist Wipes, Refill, 98 Wipes Right now

I love these wipes. At first tried the Pampers brand, but didn't like how hard they were to get out of the container. These Pull-Ups brand pop up! Love that! Of course, every now and again, a wipe falls through and you have to retrieve it, but on a whole, not an issue. I also haven't had any problem with the toilet clogging, except when my daughter tried to flush all 42 down the toilet. They clean very well and are extremely gentle. I myself have found them handy a time or two. An added bonus, from my daughter's point of view, is the Nemo wipes container we were able to find at the store.

Hightly recommend this product over any other!Get more detail about Pull-Ups Just For Kids Flushable Moist Wipes, Refill, 98 Wipes.

Lowest Price Dappi Diaper Cover, White, Small

These wraps are good for the money. The fit is trim and they look nice. The material is soft and not plastic-y (like the kushies nylon covers do), but it can wick sometimes.

My complaint is about the velcro tabs. The shsrp edges are not secured down with zigzag stitch, and can rub and cut baby (to my horror I found his leg bleeding from the rash it created.) Furthermore, the hook tabs are connected to only the inner stretchy layer of the tabs allowing thw sharp edge to be pulled out towards bubs skin (legs and tummy). I think it is an easy fix by zigzag stitching the edges of the hook tabs through all layers to make it more stable.

O(verall, these are budget friendly (if they hold upin the long run-I've only used them 4-5 times). Plan on securing the velcro hooks better.

I love thirsties wraps hands down to any I've tried.Get more detail about Dappi Diaper Cover, White, Small.

Save Flushable Diaper Liners

We have been using these liners since day one with my son who is now 2 1/2. They make dealing with poopy diapers soooo easy. Just flush the liner with the poop, no dunking or spraying the diapers, they're also safe for septic systems.

One thing the product description doesn't mention here is that if the liner is only wet, the can be washed a number of times before they get too thin or get holes. Because of this, we're only on our 5th roll of these liners, and that's with the 2 year old AND a 9 month old using these in their cloth diapers.

Discount Kushies Potty Training Tafetta Lightweight Training Pants (Medium (29-33 lbs), Boy)

I'd give these a glowing review if I didn't already have another brand that is far more superior. Bummies is better (sorry).

I tried these based on reviews on different sites I've seen. They are "ok". Containing leaks but at the same token, not absorbent enough for my taste. My kids were cloth diapered for many months. If your kids are not used to being wet, I don't recommend these. My kids have very sensitive skin and these run small, by the way. A Medium just barely fits one of my guys who is teeny at the waist and hips and thighs. Anyway, I will review the product I think is better... not these by any means... as a savvy former cloth diaperer, I know cloth!Get more detail about Kushies Potty Training Tafetta Lightweight Training Pants (Medium (29-33 lbs), Boy).

Cheapest OsoCozy Chinese Prefold Diapers, Infant 4x6x4

I bought these to use as burp cloths for my new baby boy and am VERY pleased. So pleased that I ordered more. I bought these and the Indian Cotton diapers. Both are nice, but I prefer these because they do not wrinkle (quilt) as much after washing. It just depends on for what you want to use them. The quilting apparently makes them more absorbent as diapers. I wasn't using them as diapers, so I prefer the regular ones. They're thick, durable, and just get softer after every wash, so they will make great cleaning cloths when I don't need them anymore for baby. I would highly recommend these over the store bought ones. They are worth the price!Get more detail about OsoCozy Chinese Prefold Diapers, Infant 4x6x4.

Cheap Happy Heiny's Pocket Diaper (Small, navy blue)

love the one size fits all feature, extremely soft. Washes/dries well. Velcro tabs are a pain during laundering- get stuck to everything but themselves. If you pay attention while tucking the tabs though they're not so bad. Had a bit of leakage when son was under 8 lbs- fixed it by using the larger insert folded over on top- gave a bit more bulk. Also, once i figured out that after snapping you MUST fold the inward snapped part upwards all the leaks stopped. After 4mo use not a stain on them....and i love how dry they keep my babys skin. Highly recommendGet more detail about Happy Heiny's Pocket Diaper (Small, navy blue).

Buying Indian Prefold Diapers - Unbleached - Regular

I also wanted indian prefolds. I recieved these as a gift, so I just used them, believing the gift giver had just ordered the wrong item. I just saw the reciept for these diapers and saw that even the reciept says they are indian. Not only are they chinese, but i recieved a mixed batch of thicker and thinner thicknesses. They are really really rough, not something you want to put against your babies bottom! Highly disappointed in Amazon for listing this and not fixing the problem after so many bad reviews!Get more detail about Indian Prefold Diapers - Unbleached - Regular.

Buy gDiapers Brown Little gPant - Medium

I'm a cloth diaper user 100% of the time and I wanted to use G-diapers in my rotation. I LOVE the concept, but I haven't tried to use them with a disposable liner so I can't comment on this cover in that situation. But, I use them with an infant prefold or fleece liners that I've made. They are very trim even with an infant prefold used - but not necessarily in the crotch. The liner is supposed to fit snugly to the body while the cover is somewhat loose (not much). If you get leaks, make sure the insert is contained in the liner. It does take a little practice to get the fit right, but the g-diaper website has videos on tips to get a good fit and any other issues you might have.

Some things I'm not a fan of:

- I have a hard time with the velcro snagging to the clothes and I'm not a fan of the way the velcro fastens (to the back instead of the front so the "g" is in the back) but I supposed you can easily wear it the other way around.
- The little fasteners that snap the liner to the cover sometimes will leave imprints on my baby.
- Not sure if the sizing is right. My little one is 20lbs and the rise seems a little short.
- I'm always worried I'll rip off the little tab that fastens the liner. It seems flimsy, but nothings ripped yet.
- They liners *may* stain.

Things that I really like:

- Lots of colors!
- The option of a disposable insert.
- Wide waist band that stretches.
- Drying time is QUICK. No need to dry the liners and the covers are cotton so you can line dry too or throw in the dryer without risk of damaging anything (no PUL).
- All cotton (except liner)
- You can reuse the cover if it's a wet diaper.

Overall, I'm happy to have these in my rotation.Get more detail about gDiapers Brown Little gPant - Medium.

Order Diaper Liners - 3 per pack - Organic Cotton

We've been using the disposable liners in our G-Diapers and decided to take the leap to cloth on those stay at home days with our three month old. I was trying to time the cloth inserts to only pee for now, but she made a poop at a different time of day and I was pleasantly surprised to find the that the cloth insert was easily cleaned and amazingly left no stains. It may have been because I got it off and into the sink pretty quickly, but even the wet ones wash out clean and white. I also found that the cloth actually held "things" in place a little better than the disposables! I'm back online to order more right now - these were the best find for our family. Hopefully one day disposable diapers will be a far off memory that our kids remember as "old school."Get more detail about Diaper Liners - 3 per pack - Organic Cotton.

Where To Buy Dappi Prefold Eco-friendly Cloth Diaper Bundle, White, Medium

i got this item knowing that it wasn't really a dsq product, but i still expected the diaper and doubler to hold at least one pee. when used with the nylon pants there was actually peed pooled in the cover! i think i will put these away until it's time to potty train. if this was my intro to cloth diapering, i'd be turned off for sure.Get more detail about Dappi Prefold Eco-friendly Cloth Diaper Bundle, White, Medium.

Shop For Dappi Brand Nylon Diaper Pants-2 pack (Size Newborn up to 13 lbs)

I wasn't sure how these could work because the businesses selling much more expensive covers must still be functioning for a reason. So could these work? I thought I'd gamble the couple of bucks and see how it went. The result is that I think they're great! Don't be worried that because they're inexpensive that they won't work.

I use regular Indian prefold diapers with these and they breathe well and my baby has never gotten too hot or had rash problems- I live in Hawaii where it's plenty warm and humid but baby can wear these even under the day's outfit with no problem.

Honestly, they're not very cute and when you put them on, they're a bit puffy like a bubble. At first, I thought that meant my baby was too small for them but they fit comfortably snug around the stomach and thighs. The puffy extra compacts down very easily and are easy to hide under a cute panty or disappear under a bodysuit. I actually would rather use a plain cover like this that's -slim- than have an adorable diaper cover that's huge. Some cloth diaper setups I've seen make the baby's butt so big they end up having to wear larger sizes of clothing just to hold them in and then their clothes are all baggy and oversized. What's the point of a cute diaper cover if the clothes end up ill-fitting to contain them? I also like that these are very soft and flexible. Baby wears THEM, they don't wear baby by making it hard to sit up or digging in anywhere. They don't make a loud plastic crinkle or disposable diaper plastic sound. They're quiet like other cloth diapers are. I've tried one other diaper cover that was three times the price of this duo pack just for ONE diaper and it was so stiff and got so smelly and took so long to dry that I just got rid of it after a few failed attempts at using it. These are so compact and tiny it also lets me carry around a normal purse as a diaper bag. I could fit both of these covers, rolled up tight, in the same amount of space I could store a small coinpurse or a pack of gum. When paired with a few folded prefold diapers, I can bring around a cloth diapering diaper bag that's not the size of a boat!

Also, I like that these have never leaked and don't retain smells! I was given the impression as a naive lady pre-baby that I would need to be ready to strip and re-make a bed during or would need waterproof pads because overnight diaper messes were so common, but that's never happened to me because this cover contains everything. So I don't know if other men and women are up at three am changing sheets, but I never have. Unless you haven't pulled it full over the cloth diaper and some cloth extends out where it can transfer moisture out, you won't have a leak. Even completely liquid poo has never escaped the leg band and stays off clothes and beds.

This cover also dries very quickly! I keep and rotate through four of them. After changing the diaper, I take the used cover and rinse it out under water or ball it around in my hands with some soap and then squeeze it out after a rinse and hang it and it's dried by the time I have to change another diaper. They're also tough enough to go in the washer AND the dryer won't ruin them if it gets in by mistake. Sometimes I even dry them on purpose because I don't want to wait for air drying and it doesn't ruin them. I've been using the same covers for 4 months and through regular washing, and drying, they're still functional with all seams intact and all elastics still stretchy and doing their jobs.

The only thing you should be aware of is that the leg elastics and sometimes the nylon can get stained but I hang them in the sun and it bleaches them out. The washing machine won't usually remove really stuck in stains alone. For me, I don't consider this worth reducing a star because it's an expected thing to happen and is easily removed. To me, they're hands down 5 stars because I'm diapering my child for a ridiculously tiny price thanks to plain old prefolds and super inexpensive, no frills, easy to use nylon diaper covers. Sometimes I've looked at cute and fancy (expensive!) diaper covers and thought, 'wow, maybe those would work really well, they look comfortable!' but then I just remind myself, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it.' Why spend so much more for something just hoping it will work when I can spend 6$ for these and KNOW they do?Get more detail about Dappi Brand Nylon Diaper Pants-2 pack (Size Newborn up to 13 lbs).

Imse Vimse White Organic Diaper Cover (newborn 7-13 lbs)

We "interviewed" several different diaper covers, and these are our winners. Our son is a "banana-baby" longer and lighter than the averages for his age, and these fit him pretty well. They are cut generously. He's 14 pounds, and the Newborn size still fits him during the day. The smalls do as well, and can still accommodate his thicker nighttime diapers, although it's clear that we'll need to invest in some Mediums soon. Nothing our son has done has leaked out from underneath this particular cover....more than we can say for the others we tried. We're fans!Get more detail about Imse Vimse White Organic Diaper Cover (newborn 7-13 lbs).
