We got the Diaper Dekor plus six years ago, right before the birth of our oldest child. It has survived not only him, but his younger brother and we're getting ready to have our third child shortly and there's no sign of wear & tear on it. We love how long the refills last and how much we can put into the can (or how little, if we choose). My 2-1/2 year old is still wears diapers at nap/bedtime and wears pull-ups during waking hours and we only need to empty the can about every 8-10 days (he's also in daycare part of the day). Even during weeks where is he home all day, we only need to empty it after 5 days. And no smell, except when you drop a new diaper in. The refills last a LONG time, especially when the baby is still in the tiny diapers, but even now, the last box of refills (2 refills in the box) have lasted us at least 6 months thus far.
