I was stunned at how soft these training pants are both inside and out. The elastic around legs is not too tight but it is snug (and soft) which helps keep the wettness inside-- isn't that what we all want? I have used the regular old Gerber training pants and my boys almost always peed through those and took out their clothes with one pee. Plus my kids are skinny and there were always gaps around the legs with the Gerber pants which does nothing to hold in pee. These however can hold quite a bit more and the waterproof outer layer helps keep clothes dry and clean. These are awesome! I love these as much as the Bummis Super Whisper Wrap!
