I recently ordered the item and when it got here I tried it on my daughter and she is on the slimmer side... But, was within the weight limit for the small size. The item was puffy and poofy all around her body area and the elastic around her leg was loose. The waist portion of it fitted but that was all... It would be hard to put her pants over this underwear as it will add so much bulk. I think the idea of it is a great one, but it needs to have a better fit... There was too much to alter, so I decided to return it.
