The product itself came in the quantity advertised and was shipped promptly. The only issue I had was that the box itself came alittle mangled and the actual merchandise had its plastic wrap torn (on about 2/3 of them) and some also covered with a stick cream colored substance. There was also dirt on all as well. Since these were not anything except to put dirty diapers in I just ripped off the plastic but if it was a toy etc... I would have tried to send it back. I gave them 4 stars because price was good, shipping quick and after I took off the plastic they are basically fine (except for one which was really scratched and alittle cracked on the bottom.
