I like the super for all purposes- heavy days, overnight, light days and an every day liner. The regular is good for light days and an everyday liner.
The small was too small to stay in place - it would bunch up towards the front or back and not provide enough coverage. I ended up buying a few more packs of regulars and supers.
I feel great about single-handedly keeping loads of plastic-toxin-ridden disposable sanitary napkins and panty liners out of the landfills where they will remain indefinitely.
